House of Firth

About

The Knights of Firth were descendants of the ancient tree gods, whose magic and power were woven into the very fabric of the forestlands. They were charged with protecting the sacred lands and preserving the balance of nature. For centuries, the Knights of Firth had lived among the trees, honing their skills as guardians of the forest.

Their order was founded by a druid named Arintha, who had been blessed by the tree gods with the power to control and communicate with the flora and fauna of the forest. She gathered other like-minded individuals who shared her passion for nature and together they formed the Knights of Firth.

As the years passed, the Knights of Firth became renowned for their skill with a bow, their ability to track prey through the dense forest, and their deep connection with the trees and animals. They were respected and feared by all who lived in the forestlands, for they were fierce protectors of the natural order.

But as the world around them changed, the Knights of Firth found themselves struggling to keep up. The other crusading factions became too involved in politics and power, seeking to profit from the land instead of protecting it. The Knights of Firth watched in horror as the forests were slowly destroyed, the animals hunted to near extinction, and the balance of nature upset.

They tried to reason with the other factions, reminding them of their duty to protect the land, but their words fell on deaf ears. Eventually, the Knights of Firth decided that they could no longer be a part of the Crusaders of Olde, whose priorities had become so far removed from their own. They disbanded, with some pledging allegiance to the Royal Kingdom of the Crown and others disappearing into the forest, never to be seen again.

But even though the Knights of Firth had disbanded, their legacy lived on. The forestlands continued to thrive, protected by those who had inherited the knowledge and wisdom of the ancient tree gods. And the memory of the Knights of Firth lived on, a reminder of the importance of protecting the natural world, even in the face of greed and corruption.
